About the Event
You are invited to Nature Yoga this & every Saturday @9AM led by Shandra
This is an intermediate class with options for beginners or advanced yogis
This practice incorporates tai chi, breathwork, yoga & meditation
Yoga will be outdoors under the trees in our grassy backfield so bring a yoga mat & dress appropriately for the weather
Kids under 12 are free
After yoga we also host a FREE weekly spiritual class starting at 10:30AM
Feel free to attend both & invite your friends
