About the Event
Get a vibe of our healing, meet some tribe members, reconnect to nature & try a yoga class or two!
Liv from Stargate Yoga will lead a Yoga Healing Experience from 10AM - 11AM
This class will include breathwork, affirmations, yoga asanas, sound bowl healing & integration
$20/person for this experience
We have open hours from 11AM - 3PM
You are welcome to hang out in our native chickee huts, walk around our 5 acres of wilderness, connect to tribe members, relax in the sun, etc.Â
Donations to the land are welcome
From 7PM - 9PM Liv will lead a deeper, more intensive Yoga Healing ExperienceÂ
This class will include a kava cacao ceremony, oracle card intentions, Â breathwork, affirmations, yoga asanas, sound bowl healing & integrationÂ
