Many of us are longing to live a more community-focused lifestyle, but we need healing in order to come out of our isolating patterns & learn how to relate to others effectively
This interactive workshop is designed to break you out of your comfort zone & fears to reconnect with yourself & others
We will have group discussions & a few activities to provide a deeper understanding of intimacy
Come with an open mind & a willingness to healĀ
Dress for the weather as this in an outdoor event
Liv of Stargate Yoga is hosting an Ecstatic Dance event at the sanctuary starting at 5PMĀ
