Nature Yoga

This is an intermediate class with options for beginners or advanced yogis

This practice incorporates tai chi, breathwork, yoga & meditation

Yoga will be outdoors under the trees in our grassy backfield so bring a yoga mat & dress appropriately for the weather

Suggested donation for this event is $25 but we are open to trades if you're struggling financially 

All are welcome, including children
