Sweat Lodge Ceremony

Sweat Lodge is a symbol of mother earths womb. As a tribe, we crawl humbly into the womb, through the veil, and allow ourselves space to sit in the dark and put form to our unconscious. The ceremony consists of bringing in hot rocks we call ancestors, pouring water over them, as we feel deep into our hearts, share our collective struggles and joys, sing songs, cry, scream, whatever our spirit tells us to do, so that we can clear away illusions and doubt and come back into alignment with our true self. Our lodge has four rounds. Between each round the door opens and you can take a breather if needed. We ask that you be the authority of your body and health. You are free to be you and express whatever and however you would like, and you are always free to leave the lodge as well. Please reach out with any more questions
